By checking the box and clicking “I Agree,” you (“Affiliate”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Affiliate Marketing Agreement (“Agreement”) with JRJ Consulting Services, LLC (“Company”).
JRJ Consulting Services, LLC offers multiple professional services, including but not limited to:
Tax Preparation
Tax Resolution
Bookkeeping & Accounting Services
Insurance Services (Personal and Commercial)
Business Consulting
The Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to promote one or more Company services in exchange for commission-based compensation on qualified referrals.
This Agreement becomes effective upon Affiliate’s electronic acceptance.
The Company reserves the right to:
Approve or deny any affiliate application at its sole discretion
Limit affiliate participation by service category
Suspend or terminate affiliates for violations of this Agreement
Affiliate agrees that:
Affiliate is an independent contractor
No partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship exists
Affiliate has no authority to bind or represent the Company
Affiliate is responsible for all applicable taxes, expenses, and liabilities
Affiliate agrees to promote Company services in a professional, truthful, and ethical manner.
Use Company-approved links, promo codes, and marketing materials
Promote approved service categories
Use websites, email marketing, social media, and content platforms
Make false, misleading, or unapproved claims
Quote pricing, guarantees, or outcomes without authorization
Provide legal, tax, or insurance advice on behalf of the Company
Represent themselves as an employee or agent of the Company
Use spam, deceptive advertising, or prohibited marketing practices
Use the Company name or branding in paid advertising without written approval
Commissions are earned only on qualified referrals that result in completed, paid services
Commission rates may vary by service type or campaign (Non-Insurance related services will pay a commission of $50.00 (USD) for paid services with the potential for additional commissions for paid additional services; Insurance services-Limitations Apply)
Commission structures may be modified by the Company with notice
No commissions will be paid for:
Canceled or refunded services
Fraudulent, duplicate, or self-referrals
Referrals obtained through prohibited activities
Payments are issued according to the Company’s payout schedule (the 15th of every month for prior month earnings)
Minimum payout thresholds may apply ($50.00 (USD))
Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information
The Company reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions during investigations
Affiliate is granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Company branding solely for affiliate promotion
All trademarks and materials remain the exclusive property of JRJ Consulting Services, LLC
Upon termination, all branding use must immediately cease
Affiliate agrees to keep confidential all non-public Company information, including:
Client data
Pricing and commission structures
Internal processes
Affiliate program details
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause
The Company may immediately terminate for violations, misconduct, or fraud
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if earned through prohibited activities
JRJ Consulting Services, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from affiliate participation.
Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JRJ Consulting Services, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from Affiliate’s actions or violations of this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which JRJ Consulting Services, LLC is registered.
The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation in the affiliate program constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
